I don't have lots of experience with microwaves so was looking for something that was simple and practical to use. I wanted to stay around 0. I looked in various stores and those were tiny and seemed quite flimsy. This microwave is solid, simple to use and fast. A bit larger than I expected which is fine but does take a bit of counter space. Faster than anything else I have used. It has features that I will probably never bother with but it is serving me well and has been so far good value.
