I bought my first Floormate 3-4 years ago and have been recommending it to everyone I Know because of the ease and quality work it does. I am looking at a new one for my family members Christmas presents. My Mother in Law came for 2 weeks to help out and I showed her my Hoover Floormate and she wants one. With its 15-inch-wide cleaning path, this revolutionary all-in-one cleaner can be used to not only vacuum dry debris, but also wet-clean and squeegee-dry most hard-floor surfaces including ceramic tile, sealed hardwood, marble, vinyl, and laminate. Quickly switch between cleaning options - vacuum, wash, or dry - using the EZ Select dial. Exclusive SpinScrub brushes gently and safely wet-scrub and buff hard floors, plus they pop out for rinsing clean. The SpinScrub brushes can be interchanged with the grout brushes that come with specially designed bristles for cleaning tile grout on large surfaces. In addition, the cleaner's fingertip trigger control allows for choosing where, when, and how much cleaning solution to apply. Separate solution and recovery tanks ensure dirty water never gets put back onto the floor, and both 1/4-gallon-capacity tanks remove for convenient filling or emptying.
